The Information card is ready. We have delayed it a little in order to reserve the excursion to Wawel Royal Castle.

Return it by June 10, 2009, via e-mail. Please send your e-mail to Anna Zhyrkova.
The card is a “Microsoft Word form.” You need Microsoft Word to fill it. After you fill the shaded fields, save the file and attach it to your e-mail.
The excursion to Wawel Castle is not offered within conference registration fees. We propose the participants a kind of cooperative enterprise, Buying tickets to Wawel Royal Castle in high tourist season is very difficult. There are severe limits to number of visitors, because protecting the world’s largest collection of 16th century tapestries is the priority for Castle’s management. Thus, we decided to reserve entrance tickets for one visiting group consisting of maximum 30 people. We ordered tickets to two major expositions: Royal State Rooms and the Treasury. The private Royal Rooms are visited at the rate to 10 people per hour only. It is practically impossible for us to help you with visiting the other parts of the Castle, including the private rooms.
If we receive ca 50-60 requests to visit the Castle in the next two weeks, we will try to order another set of 30 tickets, for a visit in the same time, but in a different order of exhibitions.
The Wawel Cathedral is administered by the Church and can be visited for free (if you do not want to climb to the bell Sigismund, nor to visit Royal tombs).
